A Thank You Note

Today’s blog is a bit of a suprise. It’s a thank you note to my partner in podcasting here at the CC Network. In case you haven’t figured out who that is, allow me to tell you a little bit about her…

Her name is Emily. That’s hardly the most interesting thing about her. Her name really should be super woman. See, when the podcast first started, she quite literally put this thing on her shoulders. She edits the podcast, schedules the guests, creates the contracts, sends the emails and so much more. She’s a true tour de force.

As of late, we have added a few more new shows and are trying to get the video component of what we do up and running. That’s where I come in. It only seemed fair that I take that upon my shoulders. I can lift pretty heavy so I was prepared. However, I have come to see yet ANOTHER facet of this platform that Emily has taken time to curate. Nothing is random. Everything is researched and planned meticulously so we get the most eyes and ears on the content we create. I always appreciate what she did, but now? I truly and deeply appreciate the subtle nuances of how hard she works to make this platform what it is today.

A partnership can be tough at times. There's so much to do and only so many hands to do it with. When you really start to split the workload properly, you do start to see the magic behind the scenes. See Emily never threw any of this in my face. She always just took it on her shoulders because she believed in our message so deeply in her soul. Now that I have taken on more workload in editing audio and visual for the podcast some of the frustrations I could never understand before I understand more now than ever.

I guess what I’m trying to say with this blog post is that I just want to take time to make sure that my podcast partner and best friend feels appreciated for everything she has done for our platform. She continuously inspires me to take better pride in my work and to continue to create the very best, not just for me, but for the people who listen. Because at the end of the day, that’s why we’re doing this.

We want to make education, fun and free for everyone.

Thank you, Miss Emily for educating, empowering and inspiring. ♥️

Now, let’s go tie dye the world!

Much love,

You’re cycle half Stephanie
