Let Your Inner Child Run Free!

Wait...what does that even mean? It means everyday, let your inner child come out to play.

So often we are stuck in this cycle of getting up, getting ready, working, eating, working some more, going to bed and doing it all again the next day. When we neglect our inner child, we are repressing the creative side of ourselves.

Fueling your inner child is as simple as picking up a paint brush. Allowing your creative juices to flow can help the constant hamster wheel of the mind slow down for a moment.

for me, creativity helps ease my anxieties. It allows me to slip into a state where i am able to process my emotions or any sort of adversities that may be lingering around me. It allows me to turn my frustrations into beautiful art with some popsicle sticks and hot glue.

by taking a break, you allow your inner child to play and have fun. So take some time each day to put your "homework" down and go outside to play. Read a thrilling book. paint a picture. use your hands to piece and place craft supplies together. Just allow yourself to be free to be a kid. Because life can be beautiful if you just allow yourself to see your surrounding through the eyes of a child.

your cycle halve,
