Talk About It...

Let's talk about it. talk about what you say? so glad you asked.

mental health.

I talk about it any chance I get because it's something that I and (SUPRISE!) many other people deal with on a daily basis.

your mental wellbeing can feel overwhelming at times. whether it be anxiety, depression or any other disorder that has your brain spinning in a circle, "it" has a way of convincing you that you are the only person dealing with it. This creates a feeling of isolation and withdraw into our inner worlds. When you finally open up and talk about what you're going through, you will be surprised to find that there are more people in the "club" than you thought.

I have been going to therapy for some time now as well as educating myself on how my body and brain function along side my anxiety. It's all been so helpful in getting me back into the world. But none of it would have been possible without finally talking about it out loud and not just in my mind.

I promise you that no matter how hard it feels at the time, by speaking your truth, you will find that there are so many others going through the same things as you. Your light is bright and you deserve all the happiness and good vibeage this world has to offer.

much love from your cycle half,

stephanie

One always needs to practice listening to oneself. No matter the age, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation....

If you do not practice listening to what your body and mind needs you are not learning one of the most important skills. More parents should raise their children to listen to their bodies, we would raise the best generation yet. Just my two sense.
